Where are the main Festival venues?

How can I get the Festival button and the tickets for the Festival's shows ?

The all Festival access pass is available in presale at $15 from May 24 to June 11, and then at $25 regular cost, in every Couche-Tard participating stores of Québec City, including the south shore. During the Festival, it will be available on site at regular price. Tickets for the Classical serie and others indoor shows can be purchased on Réseau Billetech (www.billetech.com).

For people outside Quebec City, the Festival pass is now available on line or by phone, from March 23 (regular cost $25) at 1-877-643-8131 or www.billetech.com

Youths under the age of 12 accompanied by an adult do not need an access pass to take part in the Festival. The all Festival access pass allows festival-goers to attend every outdoor shows during 11 days, possibility of some exceptions.



Where can I get the Festival programmation?

The program of the Québec City Summer Festival is available on all Festival sites and in Info-Bell stands. From the beginning of June, the program will be distributed in Metro grocery stores and Archambault stores of Quebec province, in the Affiche-tout network of Québec City and Montréal, as well as in SAQ and Couche-Tard stores of Quebec City.


Where can I get tourist information?

For further details, consult our tourism section or the Website operated by the Greater Québec Area Tourism and Convention Bureau.

In addition, we will be providing an information service at event venues throughout the Festival. Watch for the Info-Festival Bell information booths or call (418) 529-5200 or 1-888-992-5200.


Is there any package deal with lodging for the Festival?

Yes. Packages include one night for 2 people, breakfast and all Festival access pass. Booking on line www.infofestival.com under package section.


Do you provide services for festival-goers with special needs?

Yes. We offer two reserved areas for festival-goers with special needs wishing to attend outdoor shows. Simply call 1-888-992-5200 or (418) 529-5200. Please note that space is limited and that reservation can only be made the day of the show. Consult our policy.


Where can I park that is close to Festival venues?

Société Parc-Autos operates indoor and outdoor paid lots. However, we suggest using public transport.


Are dogs allowed at Festival venues?

Unfortunately, no, except for guide dogs.


Can I bring a chair to attend shows?

Please consult our chart below to know for which shows chairs are allowed. However, if you want to attend a show on a different scene, be aware that there will be a chair cloakroom at the Bell and at the Molson Dry scene entrances.

In case of rain, are shows canceled?

No, except in the case of electrical storms when safety is a concern. Unfortunately, no advance notice can be provided in the case of show cancellations.


What should I do if I lose something while at the Festival?

Call the Info-Festival Bell line at (418) 529-5200 and we will attempt to help you locate the item you have lost.
